Postage

All UK orders include postage and packing charges. International and non UK orders are subject to additional delivery costs. The Price of shipping will be advised before payment is taken and the order is sent. We send out all orders right away which you should normally recieve within 3 business days but, please give up to 5 days to provide for any potential delays. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.

If your item is not in stock, it can be placed on back order for you however, we will notify of this as you may wish to cancel your order.

Credit Card Security

Credit card security is taken very seriously. All our transactions are processed using an industry standard SSL encryption service. Credit card authorisation is carried out by Paypal.

Product Desriptions

The descriptions and images on this Web site are for guidance only. All differences quoted and pictures shown are nominal and are only given as an indication of size, type and colour. This does not affect your statutary rights as a consumer. However we have taken the utmost care in trying to ensure that what you see is what you get!

If goods are purchased and you feel that they do not match our description you are entitled to return them to us within 7 days after receipt and get a full refund.

Liability of Goods

Each individual sale is taken as a seperate contract and Adwell Foods Ltd limits its liability to the total value of that individual sale.
